Emerald Fund’s developments in San Francisco re-use San Francisco sites and are situated close to public transit. By creative affiliation with pre-existing neighborhood bases, Emerald Fund has pioneered project financing and approvals that combine to revitalize local shopping and provide new market- rate and affordable housing.  This renews existing neighborhood shopping, while making possible new ownership housing or rental apartments.  We also  have extensive experience in ownership and management of commercial, condominium and rental properties.
