100 Van Ness Below Market Rate Unit Information

 

Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the 100 Van Ness BMR Lease-up has been completed effective 12/31/16.  The last lottery rank number processed was Lottery #182. 
 
There is no Wait List for 100 Van Ness Apartments.  All vacancies will be handled in accordance with the Mayor’s Office of Housing BMR Lottery Re-Rental Policy process in the future.
